Do you come directly into my home?

Yes, While in some instances, due to mobility issues Shawn can come into your home and provide treatment. However, ideally coming into the van is a better as all the modalities and treatment equipment that you may require are located in the van.

Do you directly bill my extended healthcare?

Yes. Once the details of your insurance company are provided an e-billing is sent on your behalf and then once confirmation is received any amounts owing will be forwarded to you. If by occasion, an insurance company does not accept e-billing ( ie. SunLife -federal employees), an itemized receipt will be provided for a manual submission.

Do you accept e-transfers?

Absolutely, e-transfers can be sent to spwallenphysio@gmail.com
